By accessing Zignal you agree to these Terms of Use, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

Zignal is published by Infozense Co., Ltd. ("Infozense", "we", "our", "us"), a Thailand-based AI and analytics team. The domain zignal.infozense.com is operated by Infozense. All communications should be directed to infozense.com.

3. Not investment advice

Zignal's content is educational and informational. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or a research report within the meaning of any securities regulation. See our full Disclaimer for the detailed version.

4. Intellectual property

All content on Zignal — articles, charts, tables, models, code, SVGs, typography choices, and arrangement — is owned by Infozense or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the content for your own personal or internal business use.

You may: share links to Zignal pages, quote short excerpts with attribution, and forward the Zignal Monthly PDF to colleagues inside your organisation.

You may not: republish, reproduce, scrape, aggregate, sell, or redistribute Zignal content — in whole or in substantial part — without our prior written permission. Commercial use of Zignal content requires a separate licensing agreement.

7. Newsletter and email

If you subscribe to the Zignal newsletter, the Zignal Monthly, or any other email communication, we will send you content at a cadence broadly matching what's advertised on the relevant page. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting Infozense directly.

Zignal contains links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Visiting an external site is at your own risk.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Zignal after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of Zignal is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
